Virtual Accounting​

Virtual Accounting is so simple and easy, you will wish you would have started earlier.  Here's how it works:

  1. Gather all your receipts, bank statements, invoices, etc.  Click here to download a list of typical business expenses.

  2. Send everything to us via either email, fax or mail.  If by mail, you can send C.O.D. or request a prepaid ExpressPost envelop be sent to you.  That's right, we'll pay for your postage!!

  3. We will complete all required work and contact you if we have any questions or if anything is missing.

  4. Upon completion, an invoice will be emailed to you and can be paid by cheque, email money transfer, or paypal (setup in progress).

  5. Upon receipt of payment, all work will be submitted to CRA and/or returned to you.

It's that easy.  No need to waste time and money with meetings, commuting to your accountant, etc.  Simple, efficient, and cost effective!!
